Born and raised on Oahu, Nicole Briant has been calling the Seattle area home since 2012. She comes from a background of over 10 years in the hospitality industry, and brings her customer service- driven approach to her business. Nicole entered the real estate industry in 2017 after going through her own home-buying experience. Her passion for helping and educating others is evident in her client relationships, and she has had the privilege of helping over 100 clients successfully purchase new properties.

Nicole Briant currently lives in Edmonds, WA with her husband, 3 young kids, and 2 dogs. When she's not working or chasing her twins around, she enjoys cooking, gardening and hiking. She also enjoys a good nap.
